Those of us who had the privilege of working for Ed knew him to be a kind and gentlemanly person. The world has lost a very good man. My heart goes out to his family for their loss. God rest his soul in peace; may the angels lead him into paradise and present him to God Most High.
I worked with Ed on the executive staff at Calspan during the 1990's-2001. He was an excellent resource, counselor, confidant, colleague, and an overall "good guy". It was my pleasure to know him, work with him, and to associate with each other. He knew when and how to use my expertise in Human Resources management and in labor relations and was always willing and able to learn that aspect of things and to use them in collaboration with others. Ed was also a true professional and gentleman.

I am so sadden to hear the passing of Ed. Ed was my boss at Veridian and I learn a lot from him about loyalty and leadership. He always cared for his employees and tried to do the best for them before of thinking of himself.
